ADVANCE AI: A Membership World hackathon
Most association professionals know about artificial intelligence, but not necessarily how it can be implemented in a useful way (and with secure integration) into their day-to-day practices. That's why Membership World presents ADVANCE AI, a first-of-its-kind AI hackathon that will bring to life for participants the use of artificial intelligence in association management.
Through the presentation of real-world case studies and the application of practical problem-solving, participants will learn how to use AI in real-time, returning to their desks empowered by their newfound confidence and ability in using AI in association management.
BRING YOUR LAPTOPS!
Working closely together in groups, at our hackathon participants will identify AI solutions to the tasks that we handle everyday as association professionals. Our vetted partners will provide expert briefings on specific topics before setting groups their challenges, at the end of which participants will share their solutions for the benefit of everyone attending the hackathon. Participants are likely to not only have fun working together, but to learn new skills while networking and discovering more about using AI.
There's a lot of noise and a lot of confusion around AI, and people don't always know where to start, or what's already proven and ready to implement. ADVANCE AI will provide participants with opportunities for hands-on experience of working with some of the mainstream AI tools as well as some of the emerging systems.
NO TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
While there are many conferences that highlight the use technology in association management more broadly, this 1-day event is dedicated to showing exactly how AI can be leveraged to enhance the membership experience, to streamline operations, and create a platform for sustained development and growth.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Open to anyone and everyone who works in the membership world. If you’re an AI novice or a seasoned AI user, our conference is designed to maximise your understanding of AI’s potential and to give you some hands-on experience of using AI in a real-world setting. Throughout the day our vetted partners will be on hand to demonstrate their AI platforms, answer your questions, and advise on the many ways you can apply AI to association management.

By the end of the session we’ll understand how to use AI for marketing and communications, event management, member recruitment and retention, strategic planning, volunteer management, and so much more! Don’t worry, each group will be led by an AI specialist!!
